Pay scale is below market average. Increases are never given unless company is forced to do so by payor source. Benefits are very weak. Training opportunities are lean. No career paths for professional growth. Cutlture is weak and employees are stressed out

This job gives you good experience and opens doors for bigger and better opportunities. A person will definitely learn skills you can carry into other jobs but I would say this place is more of a pit stop

It all depends on the size of the program but this job is definitely demanding. Highly stressful. This job requires a lot and pays very little
