Low pay. The employees tend to be very neglectful of their actual duties. You're supposed to help developmentally disabled adults achieve their goals, but you would be hard pressed to find an employee who actually knows that's what the job is. Fellow DSPs would typically spend most of the time shopping and would elongate pickups / dropoffs so they would have less time actually interacting with the clients.
