Pros

There will always be work, decent people in the middle management roles, except for one or two people you meet everyday.

Cons

You will be overworked. Pressured to complete multiple projects at once. Chastised for not completing projects at impossible paces. Management will yell at you. This non-profit has many ethical issues. Nepotism, and power tripping individuals at the top. Your boss will find a way to penny pinch your salary, and still find more things to do for you for meager raises at the expense of funding the CEO’s next sports car, new estate, or meager attempts to improve employee morale through mediocre pizza parties instead of raises.
