I'm surrounded by great people; immensely talented folks with really unique and impressive skill sets that are eager to succeed and desire to be challenged and pushed on a daily basis. Rewards are large and future is bright.
Cons
The pace is fast and the desire to compete needs to be there. People here enjoy being pressed as they know it makes them stronger and ultimately the company more successful. This is not like working for a large Fortune 500 company, people are nimble, move quick, and think fast.
