Socure has a condescending leadership that looks down on the employees. The management is disrespectful and rude toward us because they have no respect for us and our positions. They are clueless regarding what we do, yet they act as if they're above us and know more than us. There's also no job security here, so think hard about that.

The CEO is hard to work with, often demeaning others publicly, creating a rough environment for the company as a whole. People are consistently let go, multiple rifs, and those picking up the work of several people don't increase in salary to a deserved rate, even with tenure. Then they leave and the load gets heavier for those who stay. But they won't promote them either and instead hire leaders externally.
