      - Competitive pay - Smart colleagues

      Cons

      Did not trust the company. Leadership can be dismissive to employee concerns. Socure has the mentality of the company “not being for everyone” instead of being introspective and focusing on how they can improve.

      Was laid off shortly after starting the role. Pretty shocking as the company was in "hire, hire, hire" mode. Felt unstable.
