      I did always get paid, and with a decent rate for a student worker. They were always kind, and we're understanding and flexible with my schedule

      Cons

      When I started, I had issues getting paid. I wasn't getting in the system, and wasn't paid until a month in. All the money was there, but this event made some problems for me trying to apply for food stamps.

      Pros

      Honestly the only reason I stayed as long as I did was because of my co-workers and the location of this sodexo.

      Cons

      Terrible management and HR representatives. During my time at the Fiserv Alpharetta location our manager Tiauna was very under qualified for her role. We went through 3 executive chef (who were also under qualified) within a year and many in and out employees. Many days employees were mistreated and under valued. There were also many customer complaints towards management which is probably why they lost that account.
