Terrible mangers whose only interest is to get paid while working as little as possible with zero interest in workers' problems. They act like the ostriches ... hide to pretend not to know. Than again this is the problem with just about all the businesses....Management care less. Lots of money could be saved by the employee by firing worthless managers with consequently pay raise to deserving workers. The work will continue even better without those lousy managers
