Not a fair work place for clinical dietitians

Pros

I do not see any pros with this company it has been a struggle to be able to get phone calls back from "upper management".

Cons

They put people in charge that do not have degrees or any education. The General Manager over clinical dietitians do not have to have education. The general manager is in charge over clinical dietitians that have a bachelors or masters degree. The general manager that has no degree or education is the one that does the clinical dietitian review. The Sodexo company only cares about money and not staff or patients.
