      Pros

      You can learn some S. O. P.'s, but not many, great contacts, great clients and locations. Close and direct communication with Directors.

      Cons

      Disorganized and kind a messy, didn't like the fact that Working Environment was not good, even though I never passed the given budget, Directors still try to cut expenses that involve collaborators comfort and effectiveness with long trips by bus, and not decent places to stay, had to insist in saving time and giving standard comfort for a better team performance. The people working on the project lack of uniforms and some basic stuff that shouldn't supposed to be lacking in a faraway location.

      Pros

      A lot of work available during the race week with the ability to change roles if you so wish to do so.

      Cons

      Long waiting times to check in before actualy starting paid hours, sometimes up to an hour and a half in the morning.
