While our managers are trained in leadership and should be supportive in the advancement of their employees, it is also up to individual employees to be proactive in their growth. I encourage you to contact HR to discuss your goals and competencies to determine ways to develop professionally and potential roles that may be a fit for you. We do offer ongoing training and have a large number of frontline and hourly employees who have worked their way up to management and beyond, so I hope you're able to continue on and find additional opportunities with us.
