      Pros

      I have worked for Sodexo beenfits and rewards for more than 5 years. They invest on people and provide room to grow.

      Cons

      They tend to take unqualified people for HR. As if they put some people there just to fill up diversity quota. No systematic career and compensation plan, people should navigate themselves.

      9 - 5 mon - fri job some good collegues easy enough job when left to do it

      Cons

      Awfull menu, military still think they run the place, they dont care what you do as long as you make your margins but make a mistake and they will find any way to get rid of you.
