      Pros

      Good company values people and recognises people. Innovating all the time and customer centric processes. Invents itself regularly and finds better methods of doing things.

      Cons

      Cannot relate between functions and needs to build its own brand in all service lines and improve visibility in the market. Needs to improve overall cost management and competitiveness

      Good Place if you want to float around

      Pros

      Its a very chilled place with barely any pressure. People are relaxed and things move in their own bureaucratic pace.

      Cons

      Politics is rampant; very difficult to convince people of change, new ideas and doing things differently. Being French is paramount and the only non negotiable for growth. Not a very diverse place

      Pros

      Meeting new people and that's about it.

      Cons

      The low wage is a big issue. Not getting paid and getting the run around when asked about.Can't keep employees so there is a huge turnover. The most disrepectful management that treat people as disposable. Don't care about the workload and too cheap to hire more people. Never worked for a company that is so disorganized and only worry about how much money they are putting into their pocket.
