      Pros

      Get Chance to work with some of the brightest, most intelligent people I've ever come across in a 12+ year career. Opportunity, in my particular role, and meet/see new people and cultures.

      Cons

      Regrettably, some management are still getting hired into positions because of the old boys/girls network and not on their actual merits.

      Good long term prospects,excellent management training also varied worksites to locate too,being part of a very large organisation.

      No final salary pension as of last year,no company bonus scheme,only bonus if it is client funded,no work save share scheme

      flexible working hours, people are great and professional. It is a fantastic worldwide company to work for, with potential for growth

      Cons

      The salaries are very low and training is poor and the management does not offer support to the staff. The quality of the service is not always up to scratch
