      Pros

      Sodexo is the 5th largest company in the world, and they are established on every continent. This is something most companies cannot say. It has been a great opportunity for me to build many contacts and to get some good experience. This has been my first job out of college, and it will look great having such a large company on my resume. Sodexo has many management job opportunities and you can re-locate to almost anywhere in the world. It has overall been a great first job experience.

      Cons

      Some of the General Managers in the Campus Dining sector of Sodexo often "coast" through their jobs. They do not take the time and effort to secure their clients, ensuring that we will have them for years to come.

      Pros

      The ability to transfer and experience different concepts of the business. To learn the ins and outs of the company from a financial standpoint. The ability to utilize sodexho net and other resources.

      Cons

      Low wages, mediocre benifits, adequate consistency on schedule. Extremely long hours, sometimes 90 + hours a week with no added compensation for days off lost. Low recognition on jobs well done. Very high turnover, hourly and management.

      Pros

      The culture at Sodexo is supportive and inclusive. The people at Sodexo take pride in their work and are professional. My pay is good and there are opportunities for advancement. I have been able to move up the ladder here and learn while feeling like I am really contributing and making a difference. The benefits are also okay. I feel like my Managers really takes an interest in my career and helping me to succeed. The work is exciting and challenging. There is a caring and honest attitude at the office.

      Cons

      I could use more resources. There never seems to be enough time to get all the work done.
