      I honestly can't remember the last time I was as happy at work as I am with this company. I feel that people are truly valued in this organization, and that if you want to stand out, there are plenty of opportunities to do so. Hard work is valued and recognized, and my boss always makes me feel appreciated. I am permitted a great deal of flexibility to schedule my work so that I can attend to personal appointments and errands as necessary. My manager works WITH me to establish my objectives, and I'm given a ton a freedom to do my job the way I see fit. As long as I produce the expected results, I am never given a moment of grief!

      Cons

      My job is in the local head office. Others who work in unit locations probably would have a different view of things - but I can only speak to my own experience. I'm sure that it is a much tougher grind out in the field.
