      Work around your schedule.

      Cons

      They pay little, respect little. Often try to take advantage of employees since they know we are students. Salary is unfair, considering most long-term employees make less than new employees with zero experience.

      great work environment, upper management very down to earth, honest and easy to talk to, they care about employees & listen to employees, they care about quality, co-workers are amazing!

      stressful at times, alot of nonsense bickering, give alot of freedom to certain people, no recognition

      Pros

      You get the summer off but you have to fight the unemployment for your checks You only work 30 to 32 weeks out of the year

      Cons

      They work you hours treat you like garbage the managers are condescending and liers They give you under 30 hours so you dont get any benefits If you are disabled they can careless i had to get letters from my doctor to believe them and they still had nerve to say that reasonable accommodations does not mean they can not fire You i had the manager and supervisor tell me i do not understand why you can not do the work as fast as everyone else
