      Sodexo has proven to be a company, for which, I could work indefinitely!

      Pros

      I enjoy the exciting environment in which I work. My co-workers are professional, confident, hard working, and friendly. The company embraces its employees for their dedication and loyalty.

      Cons

      The company is huge and serves many contracts world-wide. While I really enjoy the job that I acquired in Texas where much of my family resides, my hopes of remaining with Sodexo are challenged by the fact that I have not been able to find a Sodexo job at home in Los Angeles. There are many jobs available but the hiring process is arduous, with no transferability from my current location, and wages is Los Angeles are lower that in Texas for the same types of work!

If you're having a tough time finding a position in a new location, I would encourage you to work with your manager or even HR to see if they can assist you in finding units near your new area.       Pros

      good place to work, benifts,been there awhile,like the clients, no weekends can go anywhere in usa.

      Cons

      not all rules for all employees, dress code not followed thru out location,upper upper management does not know the daily works of location, letting go the one's that do.

      I'm glad you took the time to post a review, and I wanted to follow up regarding some of your concerns. It sounds like you've had pretty positive experiences up until this point, which is great. For some of the other issues you've mentioned, like dress code violations, I would recommend talking to your managers. If you have larger concerns, you may reach out to your local HR representative, as they will be able to provide assistance and guidance.
