Working at Sodexo as a catering attendant had a lot of downsides for me. The management was all over the place, and things were always changing last minute with no real communication. Most days we were short‑staffed, which made the workload heavier than it needed to be. A lot of the pressure fell on the people actually doing the work, and the pay didn’t match the amount of running around, lifting, and multitasking they expected. Overall, it felt disorganized and stressful, and there wasn’t much support from leadership when things got busy.
