      The hours are consistent for scheduling

      Cons

      Terrible management, low PTO and sick time, toxic work environment, overworked with little to no help. You have 7 unexcused absences per year before you’re terminated, excused absences are only for PTO. Doctor visits and/or medical emergencies that require hospital stays do not count as excused. You’re viewed only as a dollar sign to this company. There’s also sexual harassment that’s often overlooked in the workplace.

      Management, they don't care about there managers dealing with employees . You seek help and ur finning for yourself.

      Free food, flexible schedule, opportunity to move up, all the hours you can work, very difficult to get fired.

      Cons

      Management will never listen to you about operational needs, blatant favoritism, can be a filthy place, and management will never discipline bad behavior even in the most obvious circumstance.
