      Pros

      Benefits are great with the chance to work one day a week remote. consistent 8-5 Schedule which gives a great work life balance.

      Cons

      We are severely understaffed, underpaid and are expected to the work of 3 people with no advancement in pay. The company's senior management has made a lot of questionable decisions in the past 3-4 months and in return has made morale extremely low and employees are quitting at a rapid rate. Used to be work 2 days in office 3 remote but for some reason they brought us back to 4 days.

      very willingly to offer job for me and my daughter.

      Cons

      was promised every other weekend off when asked to come back to company, but constantly sheduled me 1 day off a week.
