- they have good amount of work.
Cons
- There is No personal space for the employees - The management is mostly keeping their employees to work over the weekend and even on national holidays, and if you denied to do the work they will create problems for you. - They think their employees should be thankful to them for giving work and opportunity. - They can't wait to get things done properly they are always in a hurry. - They Don't schedule any calls they will just call and and if you are not available then they will mark negative comment on your performance. And most of the times they will call at night without any prior notice.
