Sofidel has renewed its commitment to developing leaders across the organization by providing leadership development programs up and down the organization. Additionally, Sofidel is a culturally diverse organization and, while that is not without its challenges it also provides variant viewpoints. I have an opportunity to make a difference at Sofidel as well as, the autonomy to do the work I was hired to do. I feel valued at Sofidel.

There is not an organization in existence without its share of challenges. Certainly, working for an international organization can create additional challenges; however, there is richness in diversity and once you learn to navigate the culture - Sofidel provides and outstanding environment in which to accomplish your work.
