This is a terribly run company lead by myopic leaders that can't think outside the box or within the current decade. Do not believe the current rush of 5 star review all with in the 30 days of each other, all with similar wording and phrases - they were very likely written by one person hired to try t0 change this company's well deserved reputation. This is the exact way they handle all their issues.
