      Nothing that isn't outweighed by the cons.

      Cons

      First rots at the head - that's the best way to describe this place. The head office has not idea how to run production and the ignorant decisions flow downhill to the people that actually produce the the product that make the money. But when those decisions are bad, the people they need to support most get all the blame and more. Avoid this place at all costs.

      Pros

      The management and staff and friendly and welcoming. They value your opinions and treat you as a true team member regardless of title. The culture is very diverse which allows you to learn and grow personally and professionally. I truly love working at this company!

      Cons

      There is no opportunity to work from home\ hybrid schedule.
