None it’s all about them if they could fly in subservient Italian worker to run the mill they would but thank god for brexit . The sooner they sell up the better

Cons

I worked her for a while and got out thank god . The place is a den of narcissistic bullies who treat British worker with a discussing air of superiority. The uk CEO was in meeting and said ,,,leave it to the Italians we were doing things like this while you were all still painting your faces blue . That says all you need to know about this company stay away .

223 schedule rotating shifts. Good work environment. Indoors year round. Immediate supervisor is layed back and easy to work for.

Cons

They have yet to approve a pay scale for the maintenance department.
