Pros

none I can think of. If some one is badly in need of a job. You could work for a paycheck here. From public filings they do seem to have decent amount of funding

Cons

Management is incompetent and unprofessional Engineering Team is rife with Nepotism Misrepresents (bordering to outright lies) state of project and business to potential employees and investors
