      Pros

      - CEO is honest and shares information as it is available. She does not hide anything or make promises that she cannot keep. - There are incentives to better yourself and continue to learn while working. - Management invests in their people and care about their well-being - HR is responsive

      Cons

      - It is a contracting company, so there is always the possibility that you are out of a job with little to no notice, but Christine will do her utmost to give you as much warning as she can.

      Growing Small Business - Wonderful to work for

      Pros

      Started as a software development and consulting firm that is growing and spreading its wings into other arenas with government contracting. CEO Christine Do is amazing. She is highly visible and takes a personal interest in each of her employees. The organization is pretty flat without middle management. You typically have a task lead and everyone else working on the task. This allows for visibility and accountability which is welcome from the bloat and lack of recognition often found working for the giants in this industry. Do a good job and you will be recognized for it at SoftTech.

      Cons

      Being a small company they don't have much leverage to offer great benefits, particularly in the healthcare side which is managed through ADP. However, the 401K 5% match and immediate vesting offered almost seems generous these days.
