      Pros

      The management of Soft Tech Consulting is solid. They are consitent in their approach to finding solutions. They don't rush to judgement and make great decisions. This is from the owner down to my manager. The salary is fare as well.

      Cons

      I work remote so, not being able to see my teammates as much as I would like.

      Workloads can sometimes be daunting; understandably so, but would help reduce the occasional stress if there were a better workload balance
