Working with SoftNice Inc. just feels like being part of a big family. Everyone I have worked with demonstrated commitment, competence, and most importantly genuine care for their consultants. Whenever I encountered any problems, they would be quick to respond and escalate issues as the situation requires. They also offer training every now and then to keep their consultants up to date for any technology advancement in the market. When it comes to requirements processing for visa status, they have been helpful in sharing resources and connecting us with personnel who could help our case.
