Management is easily reachable to address concerns. Company is growing very fast . Employees gets opportunity to work for major clients.

Within a span of 6 years, the company has grown tremendously from 1 office to 8 offices (4 in India and 4 in USA), from 1 person to 800 employees. It gives a golden opportunity for Fresher's and for Experienced person.

Cons

Not to say anything about the cons as I have not seen such things which are done in unethical way.
