The thing I appreciate most about the company is that it has given me the opportunity to balance work and life by allowing me to work flexible hours. SoftNice takes care of their employees at every level, which is exemplified by their genuine desire to help all employees to perform to the best of their ability. The company is pro-active in its approach to coaching, training and improving each employee, both in their job and as an individual. I thoroughly enjoy working here and I work with a great team of staff, although at times it is very challenging and I can say that I get great job satisfaction by giving back the answers to my challenges.
