Have a good multicultural people to work with. Competitive pay and work environment. Incentives and salary on time. No bullying colleagues. Only employees who are performance oriented should join this company as they are best rewarded.

Cons

Actual scenario is not being updated to U.S. management instead real facts are covered and cooked up. Rest everything is fine

Got more than my Expectations. I got my H1B approved with Softnice and that too in very short time after filing. Very co operative team with full of enthusiasm.. They keep transparency with their consultants and are very honest towards their commitment. I never expected this quick result but Softnice did it. I am gonna tell my friends to join SoftNice. :)
