Pros

Highly motivational, great team mates, good pay.

Cons

Talking to people out of work or looking for work and have to convince them to talk to a school or education insitution to continue their education. MIT program (Manager in Training) has nothing to do with being a manager, just sales. High goals which are almost unattainable. Over 50 hours a week is the expecation!

Pros

Great opportunity in sales/telemarking if that is what you are looking for (this was not explained in the phone interview). Once in the interview process they are extremely clear on what you can expect over the first 12 weeks.

Cons

Training is for 12 weeks where you are expected to work up to 6 days a week and 11 hours a day for a base pay of $500.00 a week.

Pros

You do have the potential to earn lots of money if you stick with it. But...

Cons

...the pay is inconsistent. Salary is based on quality of calls you receive, and your paycheck can vary from week to week. I like a little more stability in my paycheck because I have four kids. But there were many people who loved the work and didn't care about that. It just depends on the type of person you are.
