Pros

SoftServe is a good place for starting your career in IT. They provide academy where people can obtain required knowledge and enter into the industry. From time to time company has interesting and complex projects. When I came to SoftServe, I was assigned to such project and it gave me a priceless experience.

Cons

They have very bureaucratic and complex procedure of promotion. If they can't find a project for an employee during thee months, he will be fired.
