Excellent Pay: The salary is very good and the benefits package is genuinely competitive. High Technical Bar: You work with very skilled people. It’s a great environment for professional growth simply because of the caliber of the team.

Cons

Time Zone Challenges: Coordination can be difficult at times due to time zone differences, especially when syncing with teams in Eastern Europe, which can slow down communication
