Pros

- Very well established processes on all levels - The company know how to treat their employees, lots of them work for years there - Good benefits, at least at a time when I worked there (even for B2B employees)

Cons

Depends on a team and people I guess. But no cons noticed honestly.

Professional and friendly atmosphere. Clear communication from management. Opportunities to grow if you take initiative. Good work-life balance and respectful treatment of employees. The team culture is collaborative and positive.

Cons

Nothing significant. Like any company, there are small things that could be improved, but overall it’s a good place to work.
