Big projects, not a bad salary

Cons

Company even not tries to be cooperative. HR department is very toxic

Pros

Great management team, that drives the company towards the new achievements and challenges thus involves new clients. Was able to function during the period of full-scale russian invasion to Ukraine. Took care of a lot of associates and help them to relocate to safer places during the war. Always keeps track of the current business situation in the company and what to expect next Takes a great care of their associates, mental and material. A great place to start your career

Cons

It is a bit hard to share some of cons, as during the war time we were taken care of, fully supported from the company side. As of now, there is a compensation freeze for a bigger chunk of associates due to the war time
