Pros

Pretty flexible working hours - of course you need to attend all scheduled meetings. Fully remote job, possibility to change project if you are not happy with the assigned one. Access to a lot of courses and trainings. No micromanagement, decent pay.

Cons

Sometimes there might be to many meetings, but that depends on the project.
