Hi and thank you for writing the review here, we really appreciate it! It is true that we don't provide any stock, but in addition to a monthly salary you can benefit from variable pay plans that depends on seniority level and function domain, bonuses for successful project completion for delivery positions, free retraining programs, mentorship sessions, coverage of professional e-courses and a range of other services.
