If the course is going to make a tangible positive impact on your performance, your chances are pretty high to have the cost covered by your department :) 2. SoftServe funds 50% of the course prices to be able to offer higher quality learning opportunities to associates. It’s possible to pay 50% of the price if the course is going to be helpful for you to expand your skills and enable switching. 3. You can check out free-of-charge courses on Cornerstone, our cloud-based learning platform. I’m sure you can find something interesting and helpful there!
