Pros

Has good in-house learning camp. Has clear career path and advisers.

Cons

Not the best salaries. The projects, in general, are not interesting. Has weird payment schedule, you should ask about it in advance. Not sure how it is right now, but in the past you have to report via old and buggy tool, basically just 8h each time. Also, it is quite common practice to sell you as "Senior" to client, while in company your position is Junior.

Good at making you feel that they are a great place to work, with gifts and events.

Cons

The moment the project ends or if anything happens with a client, they let you go, there is no job safety working as a consultant with them.
