Pros

The best benefit is a possibility to fully control self development. You can change your profile here from QA to Project Manager, or from QA to Developer. Also you can develop from Junior to Senior within your technology stack. There're a lot of internal practical and theoretical courses inside the company. Every employee can join and grow.

Cons

There are many projects with old technologies stack. Also there're a lot of projects with only support. So the motivation of seniors/architects stuff is not on high level.

People are the best and they give you a chance to start from zero with no experience at all.

Cons

They don't care about you after you sign a contract, trying to keep you in a lower positions as long as they could, great quantity of reasons for keep your salary at low level.
