Pros

- Work-life balance - Great team

Cons

- A lot of support/legacy projects (as everywhere on outsource/outstaff) - Hardware (low-end Mac computers) - Different pre-installed antiviruses make computers unusable sometimes - No remote work (before the quarantine)

Our approach to flexible working has changed a lot since 2020, and we are so proud of everything we have been able to achieve even under such circumstances of having to change to a fully remote business.
