Pros
- Great compensation for someone just after graduation, - Well structured, - Clear promotion rules, - Fully remote
Cons
- Company lacks software engineer experts/leads. This is cross-project situation. There are many junior and mid-level engineers who are left to fend for themselves. - Most of managers/POs are non-technical (no experience in the field) - Less and less available projects - many companies didn't extend contract with SoftServe (as it is consulting company)
