Pros

Despite SoftServe is outsourcing, project teams are very dedicated to deliver and a lot of really great engineers work there. Personal development really works and smart entry level engineers could gain a big deal of skills. Lots of career opportunities to get to senior/leading engineering positions as senior people leaves often. So great company for junior engineers.

Cons

The company is getting to full blown Aristocracy phase of lifecycle, top management is focused only on politics games and not on business. For all mid managerial positions politic skills are far more important. It is not very good company for lead engineers/project managers as they have to work with bunch of juniors. For mid managers and above - join only if you all about politic, not about business.

Pros

In general good offices and values.

Cons

Unjust rules of salary rise. It's not rare when more senior employee get less money than mew employee with lower qualification.

Pros

It's very good company to start your career. Clear processes and requirements for each position and level. Trainee will have his own mentor and so on. The best English courses, great university for students and good internal training. Company often pays for external training. It's good place for growth.

Cons

Everything may depend on department and project. Another department - another situation. You can always find a company with higher salary. It's body shop, you may stuck on one project that you don't like
