Pros

The thing’s so massive it just kinda floats through whatever market mess comes up. Great place to kick off your career — if you get in. After going through this circus, you’ll be ready for anything. Gotta learn how to deal with those managers who either checked out ages ago or are just someone’s buddy or cousin — totally uninterested, just trying to fly under the radar and hoping no one calls them out.

Cons

You'll get totally drained dealing with all the unrealistic demands, zero respect for your time or boundaries, pointless micromanaging, and managers who clearly don’t know what they’re doing.
