SoftServe is not growing as dramatically as it used to be earlier but we are still hiring and acquiring new clients so there are some interesting projects to choose from. When the projects ends, we make sure to provide our associate with another one or suggest development options to consider.

Typical UA outsorcing company, everything depends on the project

Pros

Nice people (including managers) on UA side. But the technology, salary, team on the customer side strongly depends on the project.

Cons

Cons are the same as in other UA outsorcing companies. You can trap into the project with a lot of legacy and low budget. You can grow financially only if you show the offer from another company. Etc.
