Pros

I've been working at the company for about three years, and during this time, I've been involved in various projects and heard different stories from colleagues. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience here, and my personal journey has been positive. A lot depends on the team, the client, and the manager—and I’ve been fortunate to have great experiences with all three.

Cons

If your current project is over its not so easy to find new one. But would not say that its a company, but difficult time.

Pros

As at any outsourcing company, the situation can differ significantly depending on the project you're working on. However, the great benefit is the variety of projects you can switch relatively easily. Just stand your ground, and you will be good :)

Cons

Since the war started in 2022 until late 2024 (2+ years), employees have been denied salary increases because of the freeze for the Ukrainian offices. But if you are important enough for the company and have some negotiation skills, you can still get yourself a raise. :)
