      Pros

      One of the biggest Ukrainian outsourcers, for junior-middle engineers, it's easy to find another project when the current one is over. Good vacation and sick day policies, up to 21 each. They provide a laptop with company-preinstalled software, but no screen/time tracking, which is good.

      Cons

      It is very hard to get a salary increase, only when you say you are leaving, so I suggest you to do not believe in promises, that your salary will be reviewed and increased every year. Maybe +100$, but this is peanuts.

Money and benefits are important, but so is loving what you do, having the opportunity to grow and knowing you work for a company that positively contributes to communities. Please know we do encourage open conversations about pay with your manager and HR no matter if you have an offer from another company or not.
